What is a Track?

A Track is a curated learning pathway that groups resources, worksheets and lesson plans around a specific teaching approach — such as Cambridge, CLIL, Basics or Adult English. Tracks help teachers find the right materials faster.

How often do you update the materials?

We add new resources every month. Standard, Premium and Schools subscribers get access to all new materials as soon as they are published — no extra charge.

How does Mica Education work?

Once you sign up, you get instant access to your plan's resources inside the Mica dashboard. Teachers can download worksheets, build lesson plans, manage students and track eLearning progress all in one place.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes — you can cancel at any time from your Account page. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period, after which your account moves to the Free plan.

Is there a mobile app?

Mica Education is fully responsive and works great on phones and tablets through your browser. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap for the future.

Why do we support Cambridge exams?

Cambridge qualifications are globally recognised, and many of our teachers prepare students for these exams. Our Cambridge Track provides targeted worksheets and practice materials aligned to Starters, Movers, Flyers and higher levels.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! Our Free plan gives you permanent access to a selection of lesson packs, monthly resources and the Master Library — no credit card required. Upgrade any time to unlock everything.

Can I request feedback on my writing?

Skilled support on the Premium and Schools plans includes guidance from our experienced team. Reach out via the Contact page and we'll be happy to help.

Can I switch between plans?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next renewal date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, securely processed through Stripe.
