15mins - Conversation: Speaking part 3: Imagine that you have to give advice to someone about health and fitness. Talk to a partner about what people should do to keep fit and healthy. Then decide two ways of keeping healthy that would be the most effective.

Draw a diagram on the whiteboard with the following information:
