Write some example times on the board, in digital format and have the students practice reading them out as they word in natural spoken English. Check some special cases such as "o'clock", "half past", "a quarter to" and "a quarter past". Talk about the two options for some cases, such as "eight fourty" and "twenty to nine". Try to make it a habit to ask them to say the real time at least once in every lesson, to get used to it.
Have the students complete the worksheet and correct the answers together.
