The first part of the activity (circling which adjective matches the form given) is an easy refresher and shouldn't be challenging for the students. After doing that they need to construct a sentence using that form of the adjective. Remind them of the general structure of both comparatives and superlatives and give them an example sentence.
Encourage more advanced students to be creative with their examples and don't let all students use the same examples. Have them read them out loud to encourage some variety. Check that the sentences are formed correctly. As an extension or challenge exercise, have them write all example on one theme, or as if they are part of a connected story. You can also impose which tense they use: present, past or future.
