26 Movers Listening Part 5

15mins: Introduction: Use the movers speaking flashcards to have students choose which item is the 'odd one out.' Then, have each student draw four images on the whiteboard. Their classmates must guess which one does not belong to the group.

10mins: Activity: Describe nouns to students, and see if they can guess the correct answer. Ex: This person helps people who aren't well in the hospital. (A nurse.)Sometimes people put milk in this brown, hot drink. (Coffee.) This person helps people when their teeth hurt. (A dentist.) You stand under this when you want to wash. (A shower.)

15mins - Practice Test: 26 listening practice - part 5 - Review the answers.

15mins - Practice Test: 26 writing practice - part 1 - Review the answers.

05mins - Warm down: goodbye see you next time, points

00mins - Homework: complete the next section of the online homework.

Test Tip

1) Work page by page, the questions on each page are strictly related to that part of the text.

2) Look at the picture and read the text, then try to find the sentence with the information for each question.

3) Remind the students that they have to copy 1, 2 or 3 words from the text, they mustn't invent their answers.
