Have the students select which option/s sound/s most natural to them and then check them together. Discuss the differences between the different options which are often subtle. Explain that the more the students make a habit of reading in English (books, articles, reviews, blogs...) and listening to authentic English materials (songs, youtubers, TV series and movies) the more they'll become familiar with how phrasal verbs are used and their meanings.
Make sure to encourage your students to try out some phrasal verbs every lesson in conversation and written tasks. Practice makes perfect!

Ask about the student's opinions and discuss the events leading up to a political situation like this. Ask the student whether he thinks education and class have an impact on votes such as this and discuss possible predictions and repercussions with the student. Ask the student whether it would be possible for something like Brexit to happen in Italy.
05mins - Revision: Book work - Discuss the chapters of the book that were set for homework at the end of the previous lesson.

05mins - Mini Task: Instruct the student to write three persuasive sentences that could be used to sell a product or a concept to consumers. Use words like limited, exclusive, insist, try and experience. Ask the students what they think makes a good piece of persuasive writing.
