Revise the days of the week then help the students to construct each sentence following the structure of the example.
They need to insert the verb 'to be' in the correct form (checking which pronoun is used to understand which form to use).
Remind them to add 'ING' to form the present continuous of each verb. They'll need to be shown that 'dancing' loses the 'e'.
10mins - Introduction: What's your favourite hobby? How often do you do this hobby? What objects do you use for your hobby? Have students repeat what each of their classmates hobbies' are.
05mins - Review homework. Discuss any questions or problems.
15mins - Activity: Describer - Have the students work in groups of two. One student is given a piece of paper and a pencil, and must sit facing the wall. The teacher draws a picture on the whiteboard of people doing different activities. The student who isn't facing the wall can look at the picture, and must tell their partner what to draw. Remind the students to use present continuous when describing what they see. When they are finished, have the students trade places and repeat the game.
