Teacher Guide

This worksheet helps to revise the pronunciation of the letters, while also introducing some simple CLIL mathematics, and revising numbers.

Teach the students the vocabulary for the operation signs, for example "eight PLUS one EQUALS nine". Ask them to spell out the number words as they write them and check that they are pronouncing the letters correctly (especially the 'i', 'e' and 'y').

They can choose any combination of numbers that add to the result provided for the last two.
