Review the '5Ws and an H' rule for remembering these key question words.
Have the students choose which question word best completes each of the questions. Ask them to read the questions out loud and take turns answering them in complete sentences.
Review the forms of the verb "to be" and underline them in these examples so the students know how to chose the correct form to follow each question word.
Give plenty of examples of questions with 'how' which is sometimes the most difficult to use.
