Teach/ review the verbs 'do', 'wear', 'hold' and 'smile' by giving plenty fo examples illustrated with gestures or pictures.
In this worksheet they need to write four simple nouns but it's also useful to do a quick review of the present continuous form by saying examples as you act them out. Such as "I am jumping", "I am swimming" and "I am reading" until they are comfortable with the 'ING' ending. Ask the students to act out different verbs and then ask the others "What is she/he doing?". Write that question on the board and point to it each time you say it.
